Refund policy
We do not offer a full refund policy on custom-made items, by making a purchase you agree to confirming your custom order. But we do offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee policy on all order. All of our Alluxe Car Mats products are tailored custom made to your specific car.
We allow customers to cancel their order before we start manufacturing the mats, please quickly email us orders@alluxecarmats.com for assistance. Once we have started the manufacturing process, we can not cancel your order.
In case you have any issues with installing your car mats, please follow the instruction guide here and make sure that you have install the mats correctly. If you are still struggled installing your Alluxe Car Mats, feel free to send us an email with your order number and some photos/videos of your installing process of the mats in your specific car. We will get back to you as soon as our team come up with a solution after investigating your situation. We appreciate your patience in order to install Alluxe Car Mats into your vehicle.
DISLIKE OF COLOUR OR DESIGN:
Since every set is custom tailored to order for your specific vehicle, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or colour. You must select the right colour for your vehicle for making sure that you like the colour, feel free to contact us by email orders@alluxecarmats.com to request for more photos/videos of the colours that you are considering on. You can view our website gallery here.
RETURN CLAIMS BETWEEN A CUSTOMER AND ALLUXE CAR MATS MUST BE AGREED:
1. An agreement must be made between the customer and Alluxe Car Mats to agree on return claim.
2. The product must be sent back in unused and undamaged conditions; and in original packaging.
3. If a revision is needed after we receive the return product, we have right to rectify the design.
4. If customers insist on returning the products, a 30% of re-stocking fee will be applied on the initial order value to cover the materials and craftsmanship.
Please note: Alluxe Car Mats offer free shipping on all orders, we do not cover the return shipping and packaging costs.
The refund will only be issued once the item has been inspected for any damages or any signs of the item has been used. When the item has passed the inspection, customers will receive the refund within 14 business days.
Please note: If you receive a partial or complete after a 60-day period from your initial transaction for any reasons between the customers and Alluxe Car Mats, you have to agree that to receive the refund your are required a PayPal account.
Before returning any products, please email us orders@alluxecarmats.com. We will provide the shipping address and return code for your delivery. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Please note: Be informed that if your country customs impose any extra taxes on imports, we will not accept returns or refund requests. We are not responsible for these taxes and they must be paid to the customs authorities. Please consult your country laws regarding customs import taxes.
ORDERING:
Customers are responsible in choosing the right desired colour and provide correct information about the car details and delivery address when making the purchase. Alluxe Car Mats will not be responsible for any inaccurate orders due to any mistakes that have been made during your ordering process.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS:
If you fail to collect your parcel, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse, there will be a $35 re-shipping charge, and your parcel can take up to 30 days (return time + re-shipping time).
