We offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee for all of our products, the offer subjects to terms & conditions below.

Please send us an email alluxecarmats@gmail.com with your order number and details about the claim. We will evaluate your request and if the request is eligible, the claim will be issued.


Improper fitting:

1. When you send us a return claim due to an improper fitting, please send us some pictures of your installed mats in your car. By that, we can view your installation methods and check for fitting issues.

2. We view revise your claim and an installation advice will be provided if needed.

3. In case our mats are not fitting in your car as expected. We will consult our production team and investigate the issues. We will revise our data to correct the previous issues and the revised mats will be sent to you as a replacement.

4. Only the poor fit mats will receive a replacement, no colour or style can be changed. The replacement will be made based on your initial order.

5. After your replacement has been issued, and the fitting is correct to our product descriptions. Your case will be closed.


If the replacement mat fails to fit, a refund of the order will be issued under our company's refund policies.

Please be advised that we reserve all rights to issue replacements and we may request photos in order to check for the reasons of the incorrect mats.


We intend to respond to improper fit claims in 5 days with installation suggests. In case your product requires production investigation, the process will take up to 7 days as the templates will need to be updated. In some cases, we will have to contact the car manufacturers to verify the car's measurements.


Dislike of Colour or Style:

Since every set is custom tailored to order for your specific vehicle, we are unable to accept any 30 Days Money Back claims due to dislike of colour or style . You must select the right colour for your vehicle for making sure that you like the colour, feel free to contact us by email orders@alluxecarmats.com to request for more photos/videos of the colours that you are considering on.


Incorrect Order:

Please be aware that you are responsible for providing the right car details and picking the right colour and design. All of our orders will be processed exactly as they are submitted, using the provided details. Our claim does not support any incorrectly entering order details. If not sure, please contact our customer support.

You will be sent an email confirmation will all the details of your order after you placed your order. Please ensure to check if all the details are correct, before we process your order. Contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.


30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policies:

If the reasons for your claim fail outside one of the above terms, your requests will be accepted. However, for any successful claims under this policy, the product need to be returned back to our warehouse. After receiving your product, we will inspect the product, then a full refund with the exact amount that you paid will be issued.



Any claims made under this policy are subject to a thorough inquiry. We reserve all rights to rectify any issues, by sending replacements or installation advice. In case we fail to rectify any fitting issues, we will make a full refund to you. Any claims due to disliking colour or style will not be covered under 30 Days Money Back policy and will be rejected.
